Estonia lets a foreign founder own and run a company without moving here. Most of our clients start with e-Residency, sign the founding documents digitally and never appear in person at any office.

An OÜ is usually registered within 1–3 days after the documents have been signed. Preparation before that depends on how quickly the founders' details arrive.
It is the fee the Estonian Commercial Register charges for registering a new company. It is paid on top of our service fee and does not go to us.
Yes, if you need one. An Estonian company must have a registered address, and we can supply it as part of the package.
Not always. VAT registration is mandatory once turnover passes €40,000 a year, but there are cases where registering earlier is beneficial. We go through this in the consultation.
We can take over the accounting from the first month, from €99.9 + VAT, and prepare the first annual report when it falls due.
