VAT of 24% is added to the bailiff's fees (KTS § 32(3)). The basic fee comes from the KTS § 35 table by claim amount and is reduced proportionally if the claim is collected only in part (KTS § 32(5)).

How the proceeds are distributed
The proceeds first cover the fee for starting proceedings, enforcement costs and the bailiff's auction fee. The starting fee is €15 if the enforcement notice was delivered electronically and €30 otherwise (KTS § 34).
The fee for organising and holding the auction and distributing the proceeds is up to 5 percent of the sale price, but no more than €3,000 (KTS § 45(1)).
The rest is split between the creditor's claim and the bailiff's basic fee. The basic fee depends on the claim amount (KTS § 35), and if the claim is satisfied only in part, the bailiff receives the basic fee in the same proportion (KTS § 32(5)). VAT is added to all bailiff fees (KTS § 32(3)).
Whatever remains after the claim and fees are covered is returned to the debtor.
