Why not leave it to June

The cost of filing the annual report at the last minute

The annual report is not only a duty to the register. It is the one document that shows what the past year actually produced and gives you a basis for planning the next one.

Preparing it early removes the rush and the stress of hunting for documents in the last week of June, and it saves your own time.

Meeting the deadline avoids fines and the other consequences that follow a missing report, up to compulsory deletion of the company. It also tells investors, lenders and clients that the business is run properly.

Annual report: the usual questions

Within six months of the end of the financial year. For a company whose financial year matches the calendar year, that means 30 June.
