Why the location matters
What a Tallinn office actually gives you
Someone answerable on the ground
If the Tax and Customs Board sends a query, it is handled here, in the same time zone and in the language the letter was written in.
Former tax auditor in charge
The office is run by an accountant and tax auditor with years inside the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.
Meetings when you want them
You can come to Tartu mnt 43, but nothing requires it. Most of our clients we have never met in person.
Documents move electronically
Email or cloud folder. No couriers, no paper, no trips to Estonia to hand over an invoice.
Three working languages
Estonian with the authorities, Russian or English with you. Nothing is lost in a second translation.
Fixed monthly fee
Agreed before the work starts, from €99.9 + VAT a month. No hourly surprises at the end of the month.
For owners abroad
Most of our clients run their Estonian company from somewhere else
An Estonian company does not require its owner to live in Estonia, but it does require someone in Estonia who understands the filing calendar. VAT returns are due by the 20th of each month, payroll returns by the 10th, and the annual report by 30 June. Miss those and the register starts writing letters.
That is the part we take over. You send the documents, we keep the books, file the returns and answer the authorities. When a question needs a decision from you, we ask it in plain language rather than sending you a form.
Being in Tallinn is not a marketing line here. It means the office has an address you can check in the Business Register, an accountant whose name is on your account, and a phone that is answered during Estonian working hours.

Questions we get before the first call
No. Onboarding runs remotely: you send the documents and sign digitally. Most of our clients we have never met in person, including owners who have never been to Estonia.
Yes, across Estonia. The office is in Tallinn, but nothing in the work depends on where your company is registered, because documents move electronically anyway.
One named accountant who handles your company, with an email address of their own. If they are away, someone covers, but you are told who and until when.
Estonian, Russian or English, whichever suits you. Communication with the Tax and Customs Board and the Business Register is always in Estonian, and that is on us.
Within one business day, in Estonian working hours. Urgent matters, such as a deadline that is about to pass, we take out of order.
